When the trial ends, you choose the plan that suits you and keep working. We don't ask for a credit card for the trial, so there is no automatic charge.
The client gets a secure link via Viber, WhatsApp or email. They open the document in the browser on their phone, review the items and sign it right on the phone. The signed document is saved in your archive automatically.
Yes. Once an estimate is approved you can create an advance invoice by entering a percentage, and AdBooks calculates the amount and links the advance to the final invoice.
By card or PayPal, or by bank transfer (IBAN) against an invoice. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Payment reminders are sent automatically in three stages, with messages in the language of the document. You can export documents for your accountant in one click or set up automatic sending every month.
Expense entry recognises the data on a scanned receipt and fills in the fields for you. Before saving, always check the amounts, dates and tax.
Choose software that covers the whole path: estimate, advance, invoice, sending to the client and getting paid, and that also works on your phone. Check for e-invoices to EN 16931, an export for your accountant and support in your language. AdBooks does all of this, and you can try it free for 14 days without a card.
