New AdBooks app update: Projects are finally here ✅

You’ve been asking for it, and we’ve been listening closely. We’re excited to announce that the Projects section is now available for all users!

What are Projects and what are they for?

Projects are a new way to organize your business. Instead of searching for documents by date or client, you can now group all invoices and quotes related to a specific job in one place.

How to enable Projects?

The Projects feature is automatically activated for all users, so you can start working right away. If for any reason you don’t want to use this feature, or if you want to hide the project display on documents, you can easily do so on the Invoice Customization page.

Project Overview and Search

The clear, organized list allows you to see at any time which projects are in progress, which are completed, and which are pending. You can search for them by name or client in just a few seconds.

Everything Important Within a Project

When you open a specific project, you get access to all key information without having to leave the page. Everything is logically organized and right at your fingertips.

Project Financial Overview

This is the heart of the new feature. AdBooks gives you a clear, real-time view of the financial status of each individual project. You no longer need to manually add up invoices – the app automatically tracks all income and provides precise answers to key questions: who owes you money, how much is outstanding, and what is the total value of the project.

Invoices and Estimates Within a Project

All invoices and estimates you create can be directly linked to a project. Within the project itself, you can see the status of each document – what has been sent, what has been paid, and what is still pending.
