Area, advance, extra work and price.
Enter each item in m², metres or pieces, with materials (tiles, adhesive, grout) separate from laying. AdBooks adds up the amounts and VAT, and you change the area in a second if the measurements change.
When the client approves the quote, create an advance invoice by entering a percentage, for example 40 %. AdBooks calculates the amount and VAT, and the advance is deducted from the final invoice automatically.
The Estimator (Growth and Booster plans) has a ready-made catalogue of items by trade. On top of that you save your own items and prices and reuse them in every quote.
Yes. Save your items and services with prices once and use them in every quote. You can also import customers and products from a CSV file.
Extra work that was not in the first quote is tracked inside the same project and invoiced separately, so the client sees exactly what was added and why.
Yes. AdBooks runs in the browser on your phone and you can add it to the home screen like an app. Create and send the quote on site, and the client signs it on their own phone.
With every invoice AdBooks also creates an e-invoice in Peppol UBL 2.1 format (EN 16931). National fiscalisation or clearance systems are not supported, so check with your accountant what applies in your country.
