Turn a quote into an advance invoice in one click. Enter a percentage, and AdBooks calculates the amount and VAT and links the advance to the final invoice.
Open the quote, click Action → Convert to invoice, choose advance invoice (%) and enter the percentage. AdBooks creates a draft invoice that you simply approve.
AdBooks links the advance to the quote and the final invoice, so in the end the client pays only the balance.
In the trades often 30 to 50 % for materials, but you choose the percentage for each job.
On the advance invoice AdBooks shows the net amount and VAT at the rate from the quote. Check the rules in your country with your accountant.
