How it's calculated

How to build a payment plan for a larger job.

  1. 1

    Set the advance

For materials ordered in advance, for joinery, windows and solar often 30 to 50 %.

  2. 2

    Split into stages

Tie interim invoices to clear stages of the job, for example shell work, installations, finishing.

  3. 3

    Keep some for the end

A small amount held until handover motivates both sides to close the job without delays.

Usually 20 to 50 %, more when you order made-to-measure materials. The advance covers your risk and purchasing.

On the final or interim invoices the advance is deducted from the total. AdBooks does it automatically.

Create an advance invoice as a percentage from the quote in one click, and later interim and final invoices with the advance deducted.
